At Nocbane Technology OPC Pvt. Ltd. , we strive to provide you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. To ensure the smooth processing of your orders, please take note of our cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation Policy:  Once an order is placed on our website, it enters our streamlined processing system immediately. Therefore, we regret to inform you that cancellations are not permitted after an order has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Returns:
Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery for a 100% refund, subject to the conditions below.

Exception to 100% Refund:
Products that are unsealed and not in sellable condition will incur a 15% restocking fee. This applies only to items that come in blister-sealed packaging which cannot be resealed and resold. Customers generally expect sealed and unopened packaging for electronic items; hence, unboxed products are considered unsellable.

Battery & Charger:
Batteries and chargers once purchased cannot be refunded or returned.


Limit on Full Refunds:

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 10 days and credited through the same payment method used during purchase.


Replacement Process:

If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost. Damage must be reported within 1 day of delivery via email or phone. The damaged product must be returned to us for inspection before a replacement is issued. Returns are not accepted for reasons other than product defect or damage during transit.
