When purchasing Wuben, Acebeam, or Outask products, please note the following:

• Warranty for Flashlights / Torches / Headlamps: 5 years
• Warranty for Batteries: 12 months
• Warranty for Chargers / Charging Units (if external): 12 months
• Built-in Battery Type (Wuben): 1-year warranty
• Replaceable Battery Type (Wuben): 5-year warranty
• Battery Leakage, USB Port Damage, Rough Usage, Physical Damage, or Normal Wear & Tear are NOT covered under warranty.
• Charges will be applicable for parts if required during service or repair.

If there is any issue with your product and it requires service or repair, customers must send the product back to Nocbane Technology OPC Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore.
The shipping cost to us will be borne by the customer, and the return shipping after service will be borne by us (Nocbane).

Only if the product is found faulty within 15 days of purchase, Nocbane will arrange a reverse pickup at our cost.

Warranty work is valid only for products purchased from authorised dealers in India. Warranty and service policies are set by the respective manufacturers (Wuben, Acebeam, and Outask). However, individual sellers may determine their return or replacement policies, so please check with your seller for clarity.

Service Timelines:
Our repair and service department is based in Bangalore, India. For products that can be repaired locally, service is typically completed within 14 days after receipt, subject to part availability.
If the parts are unavailable or the product needs to be sent to the manufacturer, the process may take up to 45 days. Customers will be notified of any delay in such cases.

Battery & Charger Warranty:
Warranty for Battery & Chargers is 1 Year from date of sale.

Please note that sales exchange, returns, order replacements, and repairs are not applicable for batteries and chargers due to the following reasons:

• Dropping or mishandling the batteries or chargers.
• Inserting batteries in reverse polarity while charging.
• Voltage fluctuations or improper power supply.

These conditions can damage both the batteries and chargers.
We advise customers to read the user manuals provided (if any) with the flashlight to ensure proper battery insertion.
(For most flashlights, unless stated otherwise, the positive terminal faces the LED — “positive first.”)
All batches of batteries and chargers are randomly quality-checked by our team before sale to ensure reliability.

Exception:
If batteries or chargers are found dead or faulty on arrival (or within two days of delivery) and show no signs of misuse or abuse, they may be replaced after inspection.
Return shipping (one way) will be covered by us in such cases.
No refunds or exchanges are possible. Replacements will be provided only if verified defective upon return inspection.
