Delivery Services: Orders with confirmed payments before 12:30 PM IST are shipped the same day. Depending on courier cut-off times, orders are packed and shipped the same day or the next working day. Shipping Charges: Free delivery for all orders above ₹3,500/-. A flat ₹150/- shipping fee applies to orders below ₹3,500/-.

Courier Partners: We work with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, India Post, Shree Maruthi Courier Service, and The Professional Couriers. Customers can choose their preferred courier during checkout.

Delivery Time:
Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 24–48 hours.
Other Locations: 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
All shipments are dispatched from Bangalore, Karnataka.

Local Deliveries (Bangalore): For local Bangalore deliveries, we primarily use Shree Maruthi or Delhivery. Customers can also arrange a Dunzo pickup from our office for urgent requirements (coordination via +91-9016983269).

Shipping on Holidays:
Orders placed on Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed but shipped on the next working day.

Tracking:
All shipments come with a waybill number that can be tracked on the respective courier’s website. Tracking details will be shared once your order is fulfilled.
