Cancellation & Refund Policy
Introduction:
At Nocbane Technology OPC Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience. To ensure transparency and smooth processing of orders, customers are requested to carefully review the following cancellation and refund policy before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed on our website, it enters our order processing system shortly after confirmation. Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted. Customers are requested to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.
Returns:
Due to the nature of imported EDC and electronic products, returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect purchase, or personal preference are not accepted. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Exception to 100% Refund:
Products that are opened, unsealed, used, or not in resellable condition are not eligible for refunds. Many items are supplied in sealed or blister packaging which cannot be resealed once opened. Such items cannot be accepted for return once unboxed. To verify claims of damage or defects during delivery, customers must provide a continuous unboxing video with no cuts clearly showing the sealed package, shipping label, and the entire unboxing process.
Battery & Charger:
Batteries and chargers once purchased cannot be returned or refunded due to safety, handling, and transport regulations. If a battery or charger is found to be defective or damaged on arrival, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with a valid unboxing video for evaluation.
Limit on Full Refunds:
Refunds will only be considered for verified cases of transit damage, incorrect product shipment, or confirmed manufacturing defects reported within the required reporting window. The seller reserves the right to decline refunds if the product shows signs of misuse, tampering, intentional damage, or policy abuse.
Refund Process:
If a refund request is approved, the product may be required to be returned to our Bangalore warehouse for inspection. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited through the original payment method used during purchase.
Replacement Process:
If a product is damaged during shipping or found defective on arrival, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp. A continuous unboxing video without cuts and clear photos must be provided for verification. If the claim is verified, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost. Requests submitted after 24 hours from delivery will not qualify for replacement and will instead fall under the applicable manufacturer warranty policy.
